# Brixx AI Agents — Custom AI Agent Development

We build autonomous AI agents for SaaS, FinTech, and GovTech. They connect to your existing stack — CRM, ERP, Slack — and run real workflows without human intervention. They qualify leads, handle support queues, monitor operations, and act on data while your team focuses on work that actually needs a human.

Since 2017 · Vancouver HQ · Kyiv Dev Team · SaaS · FinTech · GovTech

## What We Build

### 01. Customer Support & Sales Agents
24/7 agents that qualify incoming leads, handle support tickets with full context, book discovery calls, and hand off to humans exactly when it matters — integrated with your CRM and helpdesk.
Tools: HubSpot, Zendesk, Calendly, Slack

### 02. Operations & Workflow Agents
Autonomous agents that monitor internal processes, detect anomalies, trigger downstream actions, and eliminate manual busywork across your entire tool ecosystem — without bespoke integrations.
Tools: Notion, Jira, ERP, Webhooks

### 03. Data & Analytics Agents
Agents that monitor markets, product metrics, or financial data in real time and surface decisions before you need to ask. Built on the same foundation we shipped with strategy partner Botico, a live AI trading platform.
Tools: Real-time feeds, FinTech data, Alerts, APIs

### 04. Custom Enterprise Agents
Bespoke multi-agent systems built around your existing ERP, CRM, and compliance requirements — with dedicated security review, guardrails, and on-premise or VPC deployment options for regulated industries.
Tools: On-Prem, GovTech, HIPAA, SOC2

## How It Works

1. **Discovery** — We map your current workflow, identify the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and scope what the agent will and won't do.
2. **Agent Design** — We define the agent's tool access, data permissions, decision boundaries, and escalation logic — aligned with compliance requirements before any code is written.
3. **Build & Integrate** — Agent is built, security-reviewed, and connected to your live stack. Staged rollout starts on a sandboxed subset of real data.
4. **Launch & Monitor** — We operate and observe the agent post-launch, iterating on prompts and logic, expanding scope as confidence and data accumulate.

Typical timeline: 3–6 weeks for a single-use-case agent, 8–14 weeks for complex multi-integration builds.

## Use Cases

### Lead Qualification Agent (SaaS · Sales)
A 40-person SaaS company spent 3 hours/day on manual lead scoring and CRM updates. We deployed a qualification agent connected to HubSpot, their website, and LinkedIn data — scoring every new lead in under 60 seconds and drafting a personalised opening line for the SDR.
Result: +34% qualified pipeline in 60 days, zero additional headcount.

### Compliance Monitoring Agent (FinTech · Ops)
A payment processor needed to flag anomalous transaction patterns for manual review, consuming 6 hours of analyst time daily. We built a monitoring agent ingesting transaction feeds in real time, running rule checks plus an ML anomaly layer, and generating structured Slack alerts with full audit trails.
Result: −87% manual review time; false-positive rate cut by half.

### Student Support Agent (EduTech · Support)
An online learning platform's support team handled 1,200+ tickets/month, 70% identical enrollment, billing, and access questions. We deployed a support agent with access to their knowledge base, student records API, and Stripe billing.
Result: −62% ticket volume to human agents; average resolution time 4 minutes.

## Why Brixx

1. **We ship production AI, not demos** — with strategy partner Botico, a live AI trading platform, we've built autonomous agents making real-time decisions on real capital.
2. **Vancouver strategy, Kyiv execution** — Vancouver handles discovery, architecture, and client alignment; our senior Kyiv engineering team (together since 2017) delivers the build.
3. **Security and guardrails first** — every agent ships with documented permission boundaries, input/output filtering, escalation logic, and audit logging.
4. **You own the code and IP** — full source delivery, documented architecture, no vendor lock-in.
5. **Fast iteration, transparent pricing** — staged delivery with demos at each checkpoint, fixed-scope engagements at a fixed price.
6. **Maintained, not abandoned** — retainer clients get ongoing maintenance: prompt updates, dependency upgrades, and performance monitoring.

## FAQ

**What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?**
A chatbot responds to questions. An AI agent acts on them. Agents can use external tools — call APIs, read databases, send emails, create calendar events, update CRM records — and chain those actions autonomously to complete a goal.

**How do you handle data security and privacy?**
Every agent has documented data access boundaries. For regulated industries we support VPC or on-premise deployment so your data never leaves your infrastructure. We implement audit logging and do not use production data to train any models.

**How long does it take to deploy an agent?**
A focused single-use-case agent (Starter) typically takes 3–6 weeks from signed contract to production. More complex builds with multiple integrations and compliance requirements run 8–14 weeks.

**Who owns the code and IP after delivery?**
You do, fully. All source code, prompts, configuration, and documentation are transferred to you at project close.

**What happens after the agent launches?**
Starter engagements include 30 days of post-launch support. Retainer and Enterprise clients get ongoing maintenance — LLM API updates, integration changes, prompt refinement, and performance monitoring.

**Do you work with companies outside Canada?**
Yes. Our client base is international, spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Contracts are denominated in USD and governed by Canadian law unless otherwise agreed.
