// autonomous ai agents
AI Agents That Run Your Business — Not Just Answer Questions
We build autonomous AI agents that connect directly into your existing stack — CRM, ERP, Slack, support desk — and execute real workflows without human intervention. They qualify leads, handle support queues, monitor operations, and act on data while your team focuses on work that actually needs a human.

// what we build
Four Agent Categories.
One Integrated Stack.
We don't build chatbots. We build autonomous agents that use tools, access data, make decisions, and trigger actions — connected directly to the systems your business already runs on.
Customer Support & Sales Agents
24/7 agents that qualify incoming leads, handle support tickets with full context, book discovery calls, and hand off to humans exactly when it matters — integrated with your CRM and helpdesk.
Operations & Workflow Agents
Autonomous agents that monitor internal processes, detect anomalies, trigger downstream actions, and eliminate manual busywork across your entire tool ecosystem — without bespoke integrations.
Data & Analytics Agents
Agents that monitor markets, product metrics, or financial data in real time and surface decisions before you need to ask. Built on the same foundation powering Botico, our live AI trading platform.
Custom Enterprise Agents
Bespoke multi-agent systems built around your existing ERP, CRM, and compliance requirements — with dedicated security review, guardrails, and on-premise or VPC deployment options for regulated industries.
// how it works
From First Call to Production in 3–6 Weeks
No black-box AI. Every agent ships with a documented design, defined guardrails, and a monitoring plan you sign off on before we write a line of code.
Discovery
We map your current workflow, identify the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and scope what the agent will — and won't — do. No pitch deck. Just a working session.
Agent Design
We define the agent's tool access, data permissions, decision boundaries, and escalation logic — aligned with your compliance requirements before a line of code is written.
Build & Integrate
Agent is built, security-reviewed, and connected to your live stack. Staged rollout starts on a sandboxed subset of real data so surprises surface early, not in production.
Launch & Monitor
We operate and observe the agent post-launch — catching edge cases, iterating on prompts and logic, and expanding scope as confidence and data accumulate.
// use cases
Real Workflows.
Measurable Results.
Every agent we build is designed around a specific business outcome — not a capability demo.
Lead Qualification Agent
Problem: A 40-person SaaS company spent 3 hours/day on manual lead scoring and CRM updates — SDRs buried in data entry, not conversations.
Solution: We deployed a qualification agent connected to HubSpot, their website, and LinkedIn data. It scores every new lead in under 60 seconds, enriches the contact record, and drafts a personalised opening line for the SDR.
Compliance Monitoring Agent
Problem: A payment processor needed to flag anomalous transaction patterns for manual review — a process consuming 6 hours of analyst time daily.
Solution: We built a monitoring agent that ingests transaction feeds in real time, runs configurable rule checks plus an ML anomaly layer, and generates structured Slack alerts with full audit trails.
Student Support Agent
Problem: An online learning platform's support team handled 1,200+ tickets/month — 70% identical enrollment, billing, and access questions.
Solution: We deployed a support agent with access to their knowledge base, student records API, and Stripe billing — resolving Tier-1 tickets fully autonomously, escalating only complex cases.
// why brixx
We Build Products,
Not Proofs of Concept
The gap between a working demo and a production AI agent is everything that comes after the first prompt — reliability, security, observability, maintenance. Most agencies stop at the demo. We don't.
We run production AI ourselves
Botico — our live AI trading platform — runs autonomous agents making real-time decisions on real capital. We don't consult from the sidelines; we operate the same class of systems we build for you.
Vancouver strategy, Kyiv execution
Our Vancouver team handles discovery, architecture, and client alignment. Our senior Kyiv engineering team — together since 2017 — delivers the build. One engagement, not two handoffs.
Security and guardrails first
Every agent ships with documented permission boundaries, input/output filtering, escalation logic, and audit logging. Non-negotiable for FinTech and GovTech — but good practice for everyone.
You own the code and IP
Full source delivery, documented architecture, no vendor lock-in. The agent runs in your infrastructure. If you want to take it in-house, we make that handoff explicit and clean.
Fast iteration, transparent pricing
Staged delivery with demos at each checkpoint. Fixed-scope engagements come with a fixed price — no T&M spirals. Retainer clients get weekly agent performance summaries.
Maintained, not abandoned
LLM APIs change. Integrations break. Data schemas drift. Retainer clients get ongoing maintenance — prompt updates, dependency upgrades, and performance monitoring week over week.
// pricing & engagement
Three Ways to Engage
We scope every engagement before quoting. You get a fixed number with a defined deliverable — not a "starting from" range that expands on contact.

Common Questions
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot responds to questions. An AI agent acts on them. Agents can use external tools — call APIs, read databases, send emails, create calendar events, update CRM records — and chain those actions autonomously to complete a goal. A chatbot tells you the meeting is overdue. An agent reschedules it, notifies the attendees, and updates the CRM record without being asked twice.
How do you handle data security and privacy?
Every agent we build has documented data access boundaries — we specify exactly which systems it can read from, what it can write to, and what it cannot touch. For regulated industries (FinTech, GovTech, Healthcare) we support VPC or on-premise deployment so your data never leaves your infrastructure. We implement audit logging so every agent action is traceable, and we do not use your production data to train any models.
How long does it take to deploy an agent?
A focused single-use-case agent (Starter) typically takes 3–6 weeks from signed contract to production. More complex builds with multiple integrations and compliance requirements run 8–14 weeks. We don't rush the design phase — the agent's tool permissions and guardrails get more scrutiny than the code itself, because that's where production failures originate.
Who owns the code and IP after delivery?
You do, fully. All source code, prompts, configuration, and documentation are transferred to you at project close. We don't retain any licence to the deliverable. You're free to modify it, extend it in-house, or hand it to another vendor. We ask for the right to reference the engagement in general terms as a case study, but only with your explicit approval.
What happens after the agent launches?
Starter engagements include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Retainer and Enterprise clients get ongoing maintenance — LLM API updates, integration changes, prompt refinement, and performance monitoring. The first 60 days post-launch surface most edge cases that weren't visible in testing, so we build that observation period into every engagement.
Do you work with companies outside Canada?
Yes. Our client base is international — we regularly work with companies across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Our Kyiv team covers European hours and our Vancouver team covers North American hours, so there's always someone available. Contracts are denominated in USD and governed by Canadian law unless otherwise agreed.
